◇Product Introduction◇
'Geisha' is currently the main variety of Sen-i Coffee Estate. It takes up to 3 years to develop, with hundreds of mother plants in the estate undergoing individual cupping and selection before seedlings are grown. The mature berries are harvested entirely by hand, fermented in a constant temperature and pressure cold storage room, and then dried directly using a dryer before being stored in bean silos. This ensures that the quality is not easily affected by weather changes, giving you the most stable flavor.
